Role Description:

Workday Techno functional Consultant - Responsible for working on Incidents and Service requests and minor break fixes. Should be ready to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Techno functional consultant of Workday with core skills on Integration

• Responsible to debug code and provide permanent fixes of technical issues.

• Working on functional tickets and solving them within SLA

• Taking part in P1/P2 escalation calls to provide solutions.

• Knowledge of ITSM tools and JIRA is a plus.

• Working in collaboration with onsite teams including customer contacts

• Work in shifts, on rotation as per roster.

Skills:

• 6 + years of overall experience.

• Good Workday integration experience with Workday EIB,Core Connector and Cloud Connector

• Must have good Studio integration experience and should be able to design, develop and test studio integrations independently.

• Should have knowledge of creating ISSG/ISU for integrations.

• Should have experience creating XML/ XSLT ,Report Writer and Calculated fields.

• Experience handling workday releases by evaluating and testing feature changes.
