Talent Acquisition Manager Job in Bangalore at Mindtree
We are expanding our presence across these areas and are looking for a dynamic and high productivity Talent Acquisition Manager who has led hiring in various IT domain. He/she would be helping us achieving their respective Business Unit Hiring goals.
The incumbent will successfully develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth, built and lead a team of diverse talent acquisition specialists at different levels in various locations, collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch talent.

This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs
Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
Be the trusted advisor that BU’s can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence
Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skillsets to support Mindtree’ s business and growth objectives
Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience
Experience in hiring talent for large accounts and supporting the large business units.
