Role description

We are expanding our presence across these areas and are looking for a dynamic and high productivity Talent Acquisition Manager who has led hiring in various IT domain. He/she would be helping us achieving their respective Business Unit Hiring goals.

The incumbent will successfully develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth, built and lead a team of diverse talent acquisition specialists at different levels in various locations, collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch talent.

  • This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs

  • Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents

  • Be the trusted advisor that BU’s can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence

  • Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skillsets to support Mindtree’ s business and growth objectives

  • Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience

  • Experience in hiring talent for large accounts and supporting the large business units.
