Mandatory Skills :

  • 3 – 5 years with at-least one end-to-end implementation and Support project experience in Employee Central.

  • Should be Success factors certified consultant in Employee Central & Performance Management modules.

  • Preparing the requirement documents & design documents of the requirement

  • Experience in XML Configuration of Data Models.

  • Experience in Business Rules, Associations and workflows.

  • Roles Based Permissions, Proxy Management and Security Setup

  • Experience in configuration of Foundation Objects and Generic Objects.

  • Experience in Data migration, Picklist Management, MDF and Configuration UI.

  • Configuring Position management & Global assignments.

  • Experience in Master data upload on both Foundation Object (FO) and Generic Object (GO).

  • Candidate willingness to travel

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Clients to define the scope of a project; clarify a Client's system specifications to define software, hardware and network requirements; understand their work practices and the nature of their business

  • Liaise with Client staff at all levels of a Client organization in a consultative manner, offering best practices and sound advice

  • Analyze requirements within companies and giving independent, relevant and objective advice on the use of the product functionality

  • Develop agreed solutions and implementing new systems

  • Present solutions and status updates in regular written or oral reports; excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Assist Clients with training and/or support activities; train and educate Clients on the proper use of the functionality implemented; prepare documentation and training aides as necessary

  • Lead user acceptance testing where the implemented functionality is concerned as it relates to system design

  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to Clients

  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, and where appropriate, maintaining contact with Client organizations

Nice to have :

  • Prior good experience in SAP HCM functional area.

  • Knowledge in Time Off configuration.

  • Certified on Success Factors any modules apart from Employee Central is an added advantage.

  • SAP HCM / ITIL Certification is an added advantage.

  • Should have experience in abroad client (preferably US) interactions to understand their requirement and must be able to draft the Functional Specification.

  • Should have worked on Data Migration Tools.

  • Can work independently on customizing activities and system integration
