Job Description :
The responsibilities include conducting a 360-business/market analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. This individual will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities • Importing/Collecting, cleaning, converting and analyzing the data for the purpose of find insights and making conclusions • Fetch information from various sources and analyzes it for a better understanding of how the business performs, and to build BI tools that automate certain processes • Presenting data in graphs, charts, tables, etc and designing and developing relational databases for collecting data • Extending the company’s data along with third-party sources of information when needed • Keep a track of trends, patterns, and correlation in case of complex data sets • Prepare concise data reports and data visualizations for the different stakeholders that will help in the decision-making process • Assist in the development of new analytical tools and methods as and when required • Create new data queries /table development and/or changes to existing ones as needed for analysis
The Individual We are looking for a fresher who has passed BBM / BCOM for the Academic year and has deep interest in Data and Analytics Numeracy Skills :
• Have a good knowledge of figures and numbers • Understand the relationships existing between numbers Soft skills : • Communication- Have the ability to adjust tone and style according to their audience, comprehend and act efficiently on instructions, and explain complex issues to colleagues and stakeholders alike • Self-Motivation- Having the positive attitude and the initiative to work and should be self-starter and self-thriving • Teamwork- Working in a team towards a common goal. Candidate requires the intuition and interpersonal acumen to know when to be a leader, and when to be a listener.
