Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Run the operations for our marketplace 2. Source the top 2% of candidates and pitch them the benefits of TopHire 3. Track their progress through registration and ensure they complete their profiles 4. Assist them through their interview process with our clients 5. Interact with clients to help with scheduling and coordination
