About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate with new joiners and assist in uploading documents in the onboarding portal 2. Manage employee queries on Zoom calls/emails/mobile 3. Validate the documents and update in the portal and ensure highest quality standards in data 4. Manage HR induction sessions 5. Update and analyze excel data related to onboarding 6. Work on internal and external stakeholder management 7. Resolve candidates' queries on issues during digital onboarding

1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Jul'20 and 27th Aug'20 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements :

1. Computer proficiency: Tech-savvy 2. Effective and excellent communication 3. Excel data analyzing skills 4. Team player & integrator/liaison between cross-functional team assignments 5. Adequate infrastructure to work from home and flexible to report to the office when required
