About the Role:
This role is designed to build a foundation for anyone aspiring to build a career in Human Resource Management. You will get first-hand experience in managing end to end employee life cycles starting with Talent Acquisition => Onboarding and Orientation => Employee Engagement & Retention + Office Administration.
This role also provides exposure to administer and run an entire office while working closely with the Leadership(MD) and reporting into the HR Manager.
The first three months of the internship will be unpaid.
Location: Currently remote, post lockdown/after COVID risk reduces-Mumbai
1. Recruitment Support: The incumbent will be supporting the HR Manager/Team Leads in all internal hiring projects. This would entail -
Sourcing and screening
Organizing career fairs
Scheduling interviews and co-ordinating with hiring managers
Candidate engagement - giving feedback, following up, reference checks, documentation
2. Onboarding and Orientation: The incumbent will be supporting the HR Manager with onboarding new hires. This would entail -
Implementing onboarding plan
Scheduling sessions and trainings
Documentation and joining formalities
Relocation and logistics support
Managing probation period and timely check-ins during the initial months of joining.
3. Employee Engagement: The incumbent will be supporting the HR Manager with employee engagement activities. This would entail -
Implementing monthly events
Coordinating celebrations of the month
Being a culture ambassador and ensuring the work culture remains healthy, fun, transparent and supportive
Infuse #employeejoy by finding new ways to bring joy into Shortlisters’ lives
Provide timely inputs on motivation flags, retention flags, culture flags.
4. Admin: The incumbent will be supporting the HR Manager in administration of our Mumbai offices. This would entail -
Office in-charge and maintenance
Company asset management
Petty cash management
Workspace decor and ambiance
SPOC for all admin-related requests from employees.
