Financial Analyst - FP&A Job in Bangalore at Danaher

What You’ll Do :

The Cytiva FP&A Analyst responsible to deliver first class finance activities across Cytiva business including forecasting, reporting, analytics, closing and planning support for the P&L as well as relationship building with region/product/function business partners. Cytiva business is approximately USD Four Billion P&L.

Primary Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) :

Key business partner to CFO, site leader and GSC functions in leading planning cycles (Blue Print, OP), and monthly reporting to help define quarterly, annual priorities for the business and factory. Lead financial activities for monthly and quarterly pacing/closing, and provide strong leadership and analytics for QMIs, blueprint, Op Plan setting. Support and lead capital allocation decisions to maximize ROI for investments across the supply chain including VCP investments, Regional manufacturing expansion and new product launches Lead analytics around CAPEX, Inventory and abso / scrap Working with Finance Managers and operations leaders to drive opportunities for improvement in variable cost, base cost, and material variance and/or revenues where possible Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis. Provide financial data to finance and operating teams in an effort to drive growth. Providing necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers, Identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities Consolidating actual operating performance and reporting results Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP’s. Lead relationships with BPO third parties and relevant Global Operations centers Responsible for quality error free deliverables in accordance with the quality standard for FP&A CoE

Qualifications & Requirements :

This position is open to internal and external candidates Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics 4 - 8 years of progressive finance experience Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc) Self-motivated, high energy Working hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm)
