Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Support Solutions Managers with insights gained from analyzing company data for the purpose of improving existing products and inventing new products. 2. Analyze retail data from varied and desperate sources for trends, predictions, and forecasts. 3. Help our retail customers make sense of the massive amount of data across their POS, traffic counters, review sites, online properties, social media, weather, and other sources. 4. Provide ideas to front-end teams for how to visualize and communicate the data’s findings to our customer. 5. Learn what moves the needle for our customers and explore data that could be helpful. Must be able to do this without much direction. 6. Find, source, and store unique data sets that may be useful for analysis (e.g. go get Google Analytics data and add it to your model).
