Role description

• 6-8 years of Experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Administration

• 4+ years of experience in VDI Operations

• 2+ years of experience in Azure  /Citrix Cloud Administration

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal Skills.

• The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.

• Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment

• Strong experience and good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy,

• Experience in XenApp/XenDesktop and XenServer

• Sound exposure to Citrix ADC, Gateway, Firewall.

• Provide technical leadership and expert opinion/guidance on enterprise wide Citrix infrastructure and ensure SLA compliance

• Experience with implementation and troubleshooting skills in Citrix Virtual.Application

• Experience in Upgrades and Patch Management.

• Proficient in implementing Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x solutions.

• Configuring and Managing NetScaler or AppSense product

• Must have an extensive working experience with Citrix Provisioning Services 7.x (PVS) in a VDI environment.

• Working experience with VDI solutions in multi-domain Active directory forest environment

• Configuring and Managing Citrix Storefronts.

• Working knowledge with Hyper V

• Windows Patch Management in VDI environment.

• Citrix Product upgradation and Migration tasks including hotfix management
