Role Description :



This role will be responsible for the process analysis, requirement capture, mapping documentation, design support, UAT support and BAU handover. Following are the additional responsibilities –


  • Interpret business strategies and translate into business requirements and designs. Clearly define and ensure continuity/traceability of the functional / non-functional requirements as part of the overall definition of solutions to support business needs

  • Document processes by working closely with operations team

  • Understand and document current state ('as is') technology / processes to facilitate optimum end-state ('to be') solution design

  • Support / manage the design and development of technology and process solutions to meet the agreed business requirements including management information requirements and mitigation of risks (via appropriate controls / reconciliations) within the technology / process solutions

  • Support / manage test preparation and execution for designated programme workstreams

  • Support / manage the implementation of technology and solutions following completion of testing including support to / management of training and user documentation workstreams

  • Provide post-implementation support including (where necessary) management of operational activities (e.g. risk/control activities) prior to handover to BAU

The Role Holder Will Possess The Following


Definition of business and operation requirements and designs, aligned to business and operational strategies


  • Understanding and documentation of current state ('as is') solutions to business needs

  • Provision of business analysis skills to small and large solutions engagements

  • Production and review of functional and non-functional specifications

  • Support to the analysis and demand challenge of requirements

  • Production of test deliverables based on agreed testing methodologies

  • Undertaking post-implementation activities including pre-handover BAU activities

  • Ability to map business requirements to tools / technology stacks

  • Good business management knowledge, including business / organisational and operational design principles, customer and stakeholder management


Delivery Capability


  • Clearly articulate and document functional, Non-functional, Process mapping sheets and system requirement

  • Maintain traceability matrix

  • Clearly articulate & present business ideas / strategies and potentials for improvement

  • Delivers strategies for Colleague Process automation, improvement and opportunities for consolidation

  • Displays ability to reach decisions under conditions of uncertainty or high risk


Candidate Profile


  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills

  • Proficient in Process mapping tools, Robotics/Workflow/Machine Learning automation technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new technology, business domains and processes

  • Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressured environment with changing priorities

  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours

  • Good team player and self-motivated

  • Adaptable and bale to pick up new techniques

  • High attention to detail and quality of work

  • Able to create clear technical specifications from business requirements
