Responsibilities :

• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

• Performing requirements analysis.

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Performing user acceptance testing.

• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

• Managing competing resources and priorities.

• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Provide UAT/PROD Support. Should be able to Debug the issues in Production.

• Understand the Business from Product Owners & cascade the same to the development team.

• Guide the clients with the usage of the new/old functionalities delivered.

• Assist the clients on technical issues/region outages.

• Work with development team to help them in understanding the requirement and clarify their queries.

• Actively participate in the Planning for all the deployment in all the different levels of SDLC. (Integration/UAT/PROD/Maint)

• Responsible for all production formalities and granting access in UAT and prod.

• Responsible for Testing in the Integration region before deploying to UAT.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis

• Expertise in any Database Technology. (Preferrably DB2)

• Proven written and verbal communication skills

• Solid understanding on different Browser Testing along with Responsiveness.

Good to have :

• Good to have hands on experience with RedHat Linux.

• Knowledge on Mainframe would be an added advantage.

• Java/Spring/HTML/JS/CSS & any UI Framework.

• Knowledge on any Browser debugging tools is desirable
