Must have worked as Application Support Lead for 2.5+ Years
Prior experience in supporting trading/FX-trading/WSS-FX
Good knowledge of working on applications in .Net environment
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and report generation as per business requirements
Exposure in working on Production Support on Banking Systems like Payments, Forex, Loan Systems, Repo etc.
Proven knowledge and robust understanding of banking industry and processes
Should be flexible to work off business hours and weekends as required
Should be well versed with industry standard SDLC in Banking Industry
Good to have Candidate with ITIL Certified
Strong skills and exposure of working on Incident Management, Problem Management, Critical Incident coordination and handling
Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role and Responsibility
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for production issues and incidents – record activities, analyze, determine root cause , coordinate with other IT and business groups
Support business service requests which pertain to application functionality and ad-hoc reports
Maintain knowledge base/troubleshooting documentation, KEDB, SOP’s and application monitoring runbooks.
Perform functional testing for the application patch update or releases and OS Patch updates.
Identify operational risks and recommend solutions or enhancements for improved stability, functionality or process
