Role description
Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting AD, Exchange, LYNC \ Skype environments
Very good experience in migrating and managing O365 Services (Mailbox & Skype Online)
Very good experience in deploying Skype with Voice
In-depth understanding in PBX integration with Skype
Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting AD, Exchange, LYNC \ Skype
Very good experience in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting Monitoring various components of IT infrastructure
Hands-on experience in generating reports, performance monitoring, optimizing the Servers using SCOM or other monitoring tools
Very good experience in restoring AD, Exchange, LYNC \ Skype Servers
Strong VB and/or PowerShell scripting related to managing server infrastructure
Solid understanding of IT components including Networking, Network Load Balancing, various Operating Systems, SAN/NAS storage, x86 hardware, Single Sign-On solutions, Java/.NET applications, and others.
Must have a solid understanding of the ITIL principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, enterprise-wide service.
Ability to work successfully with others in large and small teams. Ability to motivate and inspires others to perform at a high level, taking appropriate risks, and accepting personal accountability for actions and decisions.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)
