AD Exchange with Lync/Skype Admin- Technical Specialist/Tech Lead Openings in Bangalore at Mindtree

Role description


  • Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting AD, Exchange, LYNC \ Skype environments

  • Very good experience in migrating and managing O365 Services (Mailbox & Skype Online)

  • Very good experience in deploying Skype with Voice

  • In-depth understanding in PBX integration with Skype

  • Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting AD, Exchange, LYNC \ Skype

  • Very good experience in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting Monitoring various components of IT infrastructure

  • Hands-on experience in generating reports, performance monitoring, optimizing the Servers using SCOM or other monitoring tools

  • Very good experience in restoring AD, Exchange, LYNC \ Skype Servers

  • Strong VB and/or PowerShell scripting related to managing server infrastructure

  • Solid understanding of IT components including Networking, Network Load Balancing, various Operating Systems, SAN/NAS storage, x86 hardware, Single Sign-On solutions, Java/.NET applications, and others.

  • Must have a solid understanding of the ITIL principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, enterprise-wide service.

  • Ability to work successfully with others in large and small teams. Ability to motivate and inspires others to perform at a high level, taking appropriate risks, and accepting personal accountability for actions and decisions.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)
